Who started Crewcut?

Before 1991, David had walked down a range of different career paths, from fashion designer to morgue assistant, he had experimented quite a bit with what he was planning to do with his career. He started Crewcut as he noticed a missing element in existing lawn and garden services was the high level of service that makes a customer a raving fan. Since starting Crewcut he has led the company through different evolutions and grown it to be a household name. His priority with Crewcut is to make it a successful business venture for all involved and for those who want to join.

The Go-To Guy!

Pauli runs day to day operations for Crewcut. He oversees national contracts, meets with regional managers and franchisees across the country, and is on the lookout for the best opportunities for all of the Crewcut franchisees. Pauli’s career history gives such a great diversity in how he approaches issues. He worked in hospitality in his youth but in later years has gone on to form and manage successful youth programmes and innovate through problems like black ice on roads in the South Island. 

The Can-Do Anything Woman!

Louise has been an integral and invaluable part of the Crewcut team for over 20 years. Her day-to-day roles include customer support, national contracts, pay-roll and a number of other activities. It's likely you'll deal with Louise for a lot of your admin activities.

Warren has been an integral part of Crewcut for many years. His role is in the maintenance of our commercial contracts and the sale & purchase of new franchisees. If you're interested in a Crewcut business, you'll probably be speaking to Warren. He's a real character - and loves having a chat!
